Blaenau Gwent Pride

As part of Blaenau Gwent's first Pride event, I am delighted to have been asked to come along and offer soundbaths for the afternoon.

Come and experience a free meditation and soundbath session that focus on deep relaxation and heart opening through guided full body scan meditation and a guided meditation through crystal chakra bowls followed by deep harmonic sounds that vibrate to 432hz and rebalances the nervous system, ending with sharing on the experience and how to remember the feeling of deep relaxation when feeling anxious or stressed. 

Each soundbath session starts on the hour every hour from 1pm to 4pm so four opportunities for you to experience this wonderful way to relax and feel fabulous.
