Mabon Day Retreat

Your hosts are two members of the Circle of Arwen, Medicine Art, and Harmony Healing Sound, a Newport collective set up to provide holistic therapies and events.

A wonderfully inviting and relaxed space in the depths of the Hereford countryside, surrounded by 16 acres of woodland and open fields. The sounds of birds and nature creating a magical space to enjoy quality time together.

The day will include creative self expression, alter making, honouring the balance of light and dark, mindful walking meditation, fire ceremony, and more!

Food and refreshments included.

We invite you to bring non-perishable items to give to the alter, which we will be donating to Women’s Aid in Newport, in the spirit of this harvest festival.
