The Peace & Serenity Meditation Soundbath is a one-hour immersive experience designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and awaken a profound sense of inner peace. What to Expect - A welcoming, informal atmosphere suitable for all adults and children aged 12+ (with an accompanying adult) - Soft, dim lighting and calming cosmos projections to ease you into the space - A guided full-body scan meditation to ground and centre - Relaxing yogic breathwork techniques - A rich tapestry of therapeutic sounds including vocals, crystal singing bowls, handheld gong, and other healing instruments What to Bring To ensure your comfort during the session, please bring: - A yoga mat or blanket to lie on - A blanket to stay warm - A pillow or cushion for head and neck support Chairs are available if you prefer to sit.
