What to Expect - A welcoming, informal atmosphere suitable for all adults and children aged 12+ (with an accompanying adult) - Soft, dim lighting and calming cosmos projections to ease you into the space - A guided full-body scan meditation to ground and centre - A rich tapestry of therapeutic sounds including vocal tones, crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments What to Bring To ensure your comfort during the session, please bring: - A yoga mat or blanket to lie on - A blanket to stay warm - A pillow or cushion for head and neck support Chairs are available if you prefer to sit.
